I am a first-time patient to this practice. The receptionist collected card fee and I went inside quickly. Dr. Brahmanna Chowdary came and examined. I requested general cleaning and checkup as my visit is preventive care. He started working on scaling and spent about 15 mts (even within this time, he was talking to his staff about other patients). Then, he told me to wait outside and sticker shock as the receptionist told me that the charge was 1200 rupees. I told her that no one told me about this huge bill and it appears that the doctor instructed the front desk people not to tell fees as the patients are running away after hearing the huge fee.
